In order to provide the best care for your pets, we would like to inform you of our boarding policies:
Drop-offs/Pick-Ups: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
Tuesday from 7:00 am – 11:30 am and 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Saturday from 8:00 am – 11:30 am
Sunday from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm (pick-up only)
- Canines must be up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza vaccines. Felines must be up-to-date on Rabies and CRP vaccines. Canines and Felines should have a negative Intestinal Parasite Screening within the last six months.
- Your pet(s) can have two extra playtimes (TLC) for $4.00 per pet per day. Canines without TLC will get to go outside twice a day. You can request your canine(s) to go outside with other canines their size or have one-on-one with our staff.
- Our trained staff can administer provided medications while boarding for a fee of $2.50 per pet per day.
- We provide bedding and food/water bowls; this ensures all items are properly sanitized and your personal items are not lost or damaged.
- We provide Science Diet Sensitive Stomach dry food or Adult Small Bites dry food for canines and Optimal Care dry food for felines; if you bring your own food or if your pet is on a special diet, please bring pre-portioned bags for each meal. Day boarders must provide food, if desired.
- You may bring one toy and/or treats for your pet, but please no rawhides.
- If requested, a minimum of 3 nights of boarding will qualify your pet(s) to be given a discounted bath. Baths include a nail trim, anal glands expression, and ear flush. Nail grinding is available for an additional $11.00 (canines only).
- If your pet has or develops signs of a potentially contagious disease (ex: coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, etc.), we will require your pet to be examined by a veterinarian.
- Special services including grooming, surgeries, vaccines, etc., can be scheduled during your pet’s stay.
